We want you to be completely satisfied with your vertical garden purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return

Installation Services

For installation services, cancellation and refund policies are outlined in your service agreement. Generally:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled installation may be eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before installation may incur a cancellation fee
  • Completed installations are subject to separate warranty terms

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed or personalized installations
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Digital products or downloadable materials
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Warranty Information

All products come with manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. Installation services may include separate warranty coverage. Please refer to your purchase agreement for specific warranty terms.
